RCOS Application-No Field for RLMT Evidence

Guys, I need a help please, my employer just applied for the RCOS using his SMS, the questions are:

1. There was no field in the application page to upload the screenshots that were taken from the Adverts of the RLMT, he just mentioned that he made the advert on Universal Job match and Totaljobs, and couldn't find suitable employee. is it ok or should he send the screenshots? and if so how can he amend the application?

2. There was a question related to the period he wish to recruit me and he mentioned from 2 April 2018 to 1 April 2021, he believes that 3 years is matching the Tier 2 Visa period, is that ok? and if not please let me know how can he amend that.

I think the RLMT evidence should be stated on your actual CoS?

I understand the COS will not be given to the employer unless the RLMT is performed, an evidence for that need to be provided to the HO, I want to know how these screenshots which were took from the online adverts would be submitted to the HO.
