Hi,

If you could provide a full immigration history with dates it would help determine if DLR was granted with transitional arrangements if before the 9 July 2012 immigration changes or after this period.

It may sound like you may have also have had a failed asylum application before, then may have been granted DLR after that as you state the last 2 grants of DLR no fees where involved, if this is the case then you may have used FLR(DL).

Unfortunately you will have to pay for the ILR application as it won't be covered in the fee waiver policy when making a new application for settlement. Unless you make a further application for DLR.

Read this please: click here if you go to page 11.

If you are married, are you married to a British citizen or someone with settled status? If so, more likely it means your baby is also a British citizen by birth if the above applies and you should include their documents in your application for ILR.

I hope this helps.

If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P
