Uk Visit Visa for Parents and single Sister

Hi,

I would like to sponsor a tourist visa for my parents and single sister.

I am on a Tier 2 Visa in UK.

The problem is that my parents and sister are running a coaching center and majority of transactions are done in cash.

My Parents own a property and have a savings of around 5 Lakh and my sister also have a FD of 3 Lakh with 3 lakh as account balance.

The problem is that since most of the transactions are done in cash and money has been in there account for more than a year.

I would be giving all my documents and will be bearing all the expenses for the trip.

What documents should be given to support case of my parents and sister ?

Thanks for your response,

But, for my sister - she is working as private teacher and have decent bank balance and fixed deposit.

The problem is that she has 2.5 L Rs in her account since last 8-10 months and nothing has been credited and debited since then.

After reading some more queries, I believe we need to show her sufficient reason to return back to home country.

What should we show for that ?

Is Traveling with parents, flight tickets and property in name of my mother would be enough.
