Join spouse husband not living/working in Ireland

Post by Kquishie » Thu Jan 25, 2018 6:32 am

Hello,

Is there anyone here who applied for join spouse but the Irish citizen used to work in other country? My husband is Irish. I'm from the Philippines. His contract in South Korea ended in March 2016 and now he is here in the Philippines waiting for the result of my visa. He is not working here right now. We applied for join spouse in September 2017. We asked his mother to be our co-sponsor since he does not have P60 and just submitted his bank account/statement and other requirements. What are the chances that we will get a positive result? Do they give visa even if the Irish citizen is not working in Ireland?

Thank you.
