Yearly reporting schedule

Hello Guys,
I've been reporting to home office every six months. I went for my reporting event today at Dallas court Manchester and after i signed, the officer put me on yearly report and gave me a bus ticket so basically not to come back anymore???. I have a hearing date coming up at the end February and my last hearing date was adjourned due to home office didn't sent the bundle to the judge. My application is asylum btw.
I'd appreciate any thoughts.
