Hi all, I have been with my partner for three years, we met in my home country nz, and moved here to the UK nearly two years ago, i am wanting to apply for the spouse visa but I have a few worries about being refused on the basis of my caution that I received in August of last year and how it will effect me, I have read on the regulations that it is up to the description of the home officer but I am wanting to know if anybody knows if I will have my visa refused because of this or know of people receiving successfull applications even with a caution under twelve months before the application is submitted. My caution was criminal damage
