I was leaving with my bf (indian) in the UK for 2 years, while he was under working visa. Then we applied for EEA FM unmarried partner, he got it, but before he applied for PR his father was very sick so he has to go back, and given the slow PR timelines he didn't want to risk giving his passport. He went back and then applied again for a PR, after 6 months of waiting time it got refused due to an official error.
During this period, our relationship didn't work and we decided to separate.
He got a job in india and decided to stay there.
He still has some stuff in the UK and he wants to come back to get them, but because his EEA FM was refused a 2 months ago he is worried that this might affect his tourist visa application.
1. Do you think that this might be the case? Is his refused EEA FM going to affect his tourist visa?
2. Is it a good idea to write a cover letter that he just want to come to collect his stuff?
3. Is his tourist uk visa application going to affect me in the future? meaning asking me for documents or interviews, questions or anything else, because his refused EEA application was quite soon and the HO doesn't know that we broke up?
I am more worried about the question number 3
thanks in advnace
