He's been trying hard to gain PR in Australia but no luck. He has done BSc in Accounting & finance from the Latrobe Uni but now his course has been removed from the SOL. He must get 80 points (Professional year, experience and PTE 8 each) to qualify for the Skilled Migrant Visa after obtaining TR, but its highly unlikely since only post-graduation exp counts and these all will take a whole year. Also, can't go back on student visa due to lack of money.
Please advise, he's losing all hope
