hi all again. Im Non EU, wife EU. married in non eu country 17th dec 2012. we both entered uk first time on aug 2013 ( me EEA FP), wife start to work 01 sept 2013. eea2 issued 19th Jan 2014. So my question to member is when we are eligible for PR? thanx

Technically, on the 5th anniversary of entry, but the HO is not to be trusted to remember that. It's well worth delaying a couple of weeks to reduce the risk of HO error.
