Tire2 General Visa extension Delay

Hi Everyone,

Kindly please help me if anyone is in same situation as me.

I applied for my Tire2 General Visa extension on August 18th 2017 with the same employer. I have had submitted my biometric after 1 weeks of my submission. Since then I have not heard anything from UKBA. Therefore my solicitor had to send a letter to them on October asking for the reason, however they just replayed that my application is still with the case worker team and they cannot advice how long it will take. Am now worried that why this is taking too long since my application is straight forward and with the same employer. Also UKBA visited our company on last April 2017.

Please kindly give me some advice since it has been more than 5 months after the submission.
