Emplyee leave during enterpreneur visa extension process

I have applied Entrepreneur visa extension on 27th july 2017.One of employee is leaving end of jan2018.He started his employment on oct 2015.As i showed him to claim points,do i need a replacement for him as i don't need new staff at the moment?Thanks

No worry, Even after submitting application you staff not counted as well, But make sure keep at least one staff if they called to interview you can say I have one at the moment

Thanks natsha.I spoke with a solicitor and he said i have to hire another employee without a day difference and i have to inform UKVI about it.any input about it by any other seniors?Thanks

Your solicitor is wrong as the Tier 1E guide VERY clearly contradicts this advice. I am not sure why you guys are paying such advisors

stay away and clear of such advisers - you only hire people when you need them , if you feel your business can run smoothly with 1 person , stay with 1 , if you feel you need 10 get 10

Thanks zimba88 and teddybear.You guys are right and i argue with him with same info but he was so sure.I don't know how these people get their licence to operate.I was sure about it that i don't need to hire if i don't need it.But thanks for your response.
