Vaccination or medical certificate needed?

Post by Lp09 » Tue Jan 30, 2018 11:39 pm

Hello all

My husband will be travelling from Pakistan on 9th feb on a spouse visa. He has never been to the uk before so I was wonder will he need any kind of medical certificate.
He has a valid TB but today he told me one of his friends said he would need a polio certificate?

Can you any one please advise? Is a TB certificate enough or does he need anything else ?

Thank you

Only the valid TB certificate.

The TB test is a UK requirement for entry to UK, the Polio vaccination at least used to be an EXIT requirement from the Pakistani side:

Best check with Pakistani authorities if this is still in effect.
