Job Start Date/On CoS/How advanced can I apply VISA?

Could you please let me know, how advanced I can apply for VISA if my job start date on CoS is mentioned as 11th June,2018
Can I apply on 20th Feb,2018 or should I wait for 11th March,2018 (to obey that I can only apply for VISA up to 3 months before job start date?)

For extension*
A valid COS should have a start date no more than 3 months after the date of application, you should look to apply 15th March(on a safer side), you may calculate 90 days by date calculator, as some months have 31 days.

I am not sure about the initial application.
