How to update HO my docs

Hi
I have applied my tier 1 ext a month ago n recieved a complex email.
I submitted all the docs and make a copy of all docs for my records. I submitted my employee details along with their docs but now m not sure that I have submitted the passport copy of one of the employee or not. What shall I do? Shall I send HO that employee passport copy or wait for them to ask me to provide. If I can send them, so how can I send?? What’s the appropriate process?

You should send it. Send it to the same addresss as the original application. Make sure you add the reference number in the cover letter and maybe even on the passport copy

There are no forms to fill.

Hello Friend, i already applied on 10th January 18 and i did not send Maintenance fund current original statement because i did not receive from Bank so i sent on 26th January along with covering latter mention my application ref. number so you can send at the same way.
