Spouse of refugee

Hi guys,

I am thoroughly confused. My husband is applying for ILR on the basis of his refugee status (he is submitting form SET(P)). I held a visa as his dependant but that visa is now expiring. I am applying to extend my visa status, since I have not had my visa for 5 years and do not qualify for settlement. I understand that I would need to fill in form FLR (M), is that correct? Or is there another form?

On FLR(M) there is question 3.16, "when did your sponsor obtain settlement"? Would this be the date when my husband first received his refugee status? (since he does not have ILR yet).
