Salary increase & contract change

Hi everyone

I have recently received a payrise (just under £4k) as part of performance review, however my contract has been changed and I am now no longer eligible for overtime. Should this be reported/ updated on SMS?

Additional info
My current visa renewal is due in March this year but I am planning on renew it end of this month.
