Dependant VISA - extension under FLR

Hello Team,

If anyone could please help me with below.

Background:
I was under TIER-2 ICT VISA and completed 7 years in UK. MY wife is with me as PBS DEPENDANT for last 4 years 9 months. I had applied for ILR which was rejected and instead was granted further leave to remain for the time so that i can complete my 10 years period(and then can apply for ILR). Last week I have got decision that I now have leave to remain which is not Tier-2 ICT however just leave to remain .My Wife PBS DEPENDANT visa is valid until June this year.

The questions I have
1- Is my wife VISA invalid now? the moment I have got new type of visa (leave to remain)?
2-Can she continue in UK with living on her dependant VISA until June-18?
3- If not under which VISA category shall i apply for her extension?

Looking for guidance if someone is aware of similar situations.

Dear Friends- Appreciate if anyone can give any sort of direction on this matter. Can I extend my dependent visa under same PBS dependent category or her visa is no more valid now?

Was there any accompanying letter explaining your grant of leave?

Thanks for responding.Letter says GRANT OF LEAVE TO REMAIN- PRIVATE LIFE RULES.

Background:

When my ILR was refused. I appealed the decision and appeal was approved by FTT, however Home Office granted further leave to remain for 30 months(until 23-July-2020). I came to UK on 15-Aug-2010(VISA granted 21-July-2010) and have been living in UK under TIER 2 ICT since then. My wife is with me here under PBS dependant since 10-May-2013.

I assume leave is grated in such a way so that on completing 10 years i.e. 21-July-2010 to 23-July-2020).I can apply for ILR.

Can you find out from your HR team when the date of application for your initial Tier 2 ICT?

Tier 2 ICT applicants for applications made on or after 6th April 2010 were not eligible for ILR under the Tier 2 ICT route.

Hello Experts... I will be able to but after 10 year of long residence. Now when I have got further leave to remain( Private Life) which will make my total stay of 10 year....right now under which visa category I should extend my dependant visa now. My wife is currently on PBS dependant...

I don't think that she may extend as a PBS dependant, as you are no longer under PBS. Her only option appears to be FLR(FP) private life, in line with your leave?
