EU Blue Card with a company made by friend?

Hello all,

I am a non-EU working professional male worked in other EU countries for 6 years and had EU Blue Card in Germany before for 2 years.

I would like to know whether the EU Blue Card is issued to me when I ask my local friend to make a company and hire me.

For instance in Germany, my German friend or my non-EU friend who has a German settlement permit will make a company as a director and I will be he/her employee with at least one year job offer and salary required by EU Blue Card minimum salary.

Before talking to an immigration lawyer or just trying it, if anybody advises me I will highly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
