Hi everyone,

I have my Tier 2 Work Permit Visa until end 2019. My solicitor suggest to to apply last sept for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) for long stay (10 years) route which I applied via post.

Now I have to travel back home for urgent work. Early Jan this year, I have send numbers of Premium Upgrade Request every morning which I have got no reply at all (expect on acknowledgement as soon as you sent it).

I gave up and I requested for withdraw my application on 24 Jan 2018. Its already been 11 days (8 working day). I have not got it any response from UKBA and no document has been sent to me back. I have now next 10 days. I can request fill an fill the form. However, I can not wait till last minute. Is there any other way to contact home office (UKBA) to get my documents back as soon as possible. I would not mind to travel to home office to get my document back (If there is any provision for this).

Did anybody had similar experience on getting document back. Or do anybody know about other way (dedicated line or email) to get it back before 10 Feb 2018.
