Applying for naturalisation - ILR from 10 year route

Post by nauman.rana » Sat Feb 03, 2018 12:23 pm

Hi All,

I am not creating a new topic as i am also in a same boat.
I just received my ILR on a 10 year Long Residence route. I was previously on FLR(M) spouse of a British national.
So i believe i dont have to wait for 12 months to apply for Naturalisation.
My question is i just have to fill the FORM AN and attach my documents book an appointment with council and apply the naturalisation.

Please advise is the below documents list is correct.

1. All previous Passports
2. ILR BRP card
3. My Wife British Passport
4. My MS Degree
5. Life in UK Test
6. Pay Slips for last 3 or 6 months
7. Bank statements
8. Marriage Certificate
9. My wife pay Slips and Bank statement

Please add if anything is missing.

Thanks

I have split your post from the other members topic you tagged onto. It is considered rude and unfair to other posters to tag onto their topics.
