Schengen Visa for UK Spouse

Hi all,

We are planning to visit Belgium for couple of days. Me & our children UK citizen but my wife non eu citizen living in UK on spouse visa FLR (m). Now, i am confused what visa she needs. Normal tourist visa or eu dependant visa (though uk dependant). If possible eu dependant visa category then what documents she required ? Like hotel, transport, bank, payslips all ? Plz let me know... thanks

Visa for the family member of a EU citizen.
Mark other at field 21 of the schengen application form and write family member EU. Read the explanation about the asterix at the application form.
Documents passport, copy of the eu passport, marriage certificate and copy, flight tickets or declaration in writing about that the family member will accompany the eu sitizen.
Additional photos in passport size.
