Please help - interview in 2 weeks - Humanitarian Protection

Hi all

Wanted your help as I have an impending interview in the comming weeks for my Asylum and humanitarian protection case I filed in 2017.

I had my initial screening interview and based on this was granted a second stage interview. Im very nervous as I don’t know what to expect.

I used to work for the Pakistan embassy in Iraq but later fled to the UK in 2007 as I was accused of espionage by far left Islamic groups based in Pakistan who made related threats for my life.

I came initially on a visit visa but eventually overstayed and was afraid to go back to Pakistan.

Over the course on 5 years I have been mis-advised by many solicitors, I was afraid to mention this case to anyone but over the past few years been liaising with a solicitor who I gained trust in and told him my circumstances.

I sign on every fortnight and have never committed any wrongdoings.

Can anyone give me some guidance.
