hello OBIE
I’m non eu reside in Ireland 4 years ,my stamp 4 will be be expire in 10 months ,married to Irish citizen .Is it difficult to obtain my own stamp 4 as I’m in divorce process ,how I will proceed any one can help me please any advice can be useful to me because this cause a big stress with the divorce and Imigration it is very complicated

As your married to Irish citizen your divorcee proceeding will initiate in Ireland
so you have to be separated for 4 years before the court will process the divorce in mean time doors for reconciliation will remain open between you and your wife in order for both of you to have that opportunity to reconcile both of you must be in the state therefore until your divorce is not finalised you should be entitle to stay in country as a spouse of an Irish citizen.

also you said your married for 4 years already so you can apply for citizenship meanwhile
and by the time a decree of divorce will be issued you will be way over 5 years on stamp 4 that will entitle you a right of residence

also note my opinion above is based on common sense with very little knowledge of irish civil law so get a solicitor to help you with this
