ILR After 6years DL

ILR After 6years DL

Hi there,
I was given 3 years DL to remain after my Asylum was refused. the first 3 years was given in Nov 2011, then the second 3 years in march 2015. now I am ready to apply for ILR. which form should I used. any advise what to do and what not to do based on experience please.

Hi,

Normally you would apply using form (DL) (postal only) if you where granted DL following a failed asylum application.

Many members of similar cases as yours have used form SET(O) with the premium service and have been granted their ILR with out issues.

Hope this helps somewhat.
