Organizing file for spouse visa in order to send HO Sheffield

Hello all,
I am new here and going to sponsor my wife from pakistan soon, although i have done some research and confident to apply online visa by myself , the only thing i am not sure so far about the documents which we need to send HO sheffield do we need to put computerised barcode separators between the file section which can be downloaded from VFS.GLOBAL

any experience or advise would be highly appreciated

No - Just put them in logical order, ie Application, Appedix 2 etc. It will tell you the order in VFS website.
Barcodes are for when scanning services are used in VFS centres.

could you also clarify me about visa application as well, does my wife has to submit as well over there in Pakistan or its just enough to submit here by myself

Your wife takes appointment letter and application with her, they only look at it. She only submits her passport after biometrics has been taken! If they ask anything afterwards, she then tells them "My Sponsor will be sending everything to Sheffield from within UK, Thank you"
