English language requirements - dating of letters & NARIC

Post by NeilKirkham » Mon Feb 05, 2018 10:09 pm

Hello

My wife is going to apply to renew her spouse visa at the end of the month and we would like to clarify a date point on the English language requirement. When we submitted her successful initial spouse visa application in July 2015, this included the following as language requirement evidence:

1 - My wife's original degree certificate from South African University confirming name, date and title of award.
2 - Original statement of comparability from NARIC confirming comparability to UK BA (Hons) level and English language level C1.
3 - Letter from South African university stating her degree medium of instruction was in English.

For her renewal application, would we need to obtain new copies of items 2 and 3 or would those obtained in June 2015 suffice?

Thanks for your help.

Neil
