EEA Residence Card delays

Post by J10M » Tue Feb 06, 2018 11:21 am

Hi All,

So I received communication from the home office that my application was successful and that we would be sent the BRP/Residence Card within 10 days. I am aware that there have been delays in receiving the card before.

Was wondering if anyone else is waiting for their card?

The mail received from the Home Office was 11 Jan 2017.
We did follow up after the 10 day period and again it has been an additional working days, so will follow up again.

Hi j10m

Would you mind to tell me how did you follow up your application. I was trying to ring yesterday and they says sorry we can’t update you before 6 months about your application:(

Hi A2ROR,

I am under the impression that you are busy with your actual EEA application and the home office wont provide any details on that until the stipulated 6 months have passed.

My application was successful, and I received communication that it was and I would be issued with the BRP.
I am waiting for the BRP.

There is a timeline thread on the Forum which you can follow and see how other users time frames were.

Regards
