Tier 2 Visa Application

Hi All,

I would like to ask that my PSW visa expired on 12-NOV-12 and then I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa but it got refused and now I have a permission to appeal hearing in court of appeal in the month of Feburary, 2018.

One of the company wants to provide me sponsorship for Tier 2 application and I want to know that can I apply for Tier 2 visa application when my leave has already expired and which COS i need either restricted or unrestricted certificate?

Further, if I apply for Tier 2 visa application will it make any impact on my permission to appeal hearing in court of appeal.
