TB Screening Certificate -Validity

I travelled to Uk on Tier 2 ICT Shortterm in 2016, and I have a TB screening certificate available (dated: May, 2016)
Now that I am preparing to apply for Tier 2 General in Feb, 2018

Question is

Can I re-use the TB screening certificate I have or is it mandatory to do it afresh and apply?

sorry please ignore this, I got an answer

"If your test shows that you don’t have TB, you’ll be given a certificate which is valid for 6 months from the date of your x-ray. Include this certificate with your UK visa application"

New need a new certificate as the validity is only 6 months
