statutory decleration

Post by manjurejith » Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:27 am

Hi
I had a letter from HM Courts recently about a fine for a traffic offence which happened in jan 2011 which I came to know only now since I had moved house from my then address.I went to court and they instructed me to file a statutory declaration which i did .
The question is where I should mention this on the AN form as Iam applying for citizenship.
kind regards
Manju

You can create a cover letter explaining this situation - and mention it in a blank page which is reserved for additional information.
