Switching From Tier 2 to EEA (FM) - Urgent Help Needed!

Hi all,

I am currently in the UK with Tier 2.
My wife is Bulgarian and we did EEA (FM) and EEA (QP) applications together in December.
Last week i received my CoA with work permit.
I am planning to change jobs using my CoA but i don't know what should i do next?
Should i inform Home Office, and if so how?
