Job creation for Extension

Post by infinitesmile » Wed Feb 07, 2018 10:27 pm

Hi All,
My query is regarding the job creation for my extension application which is due in October this year. My first full time employee started from Dec 2016 till Nov 2017. My second full time employee started April 2017 till now .
My question is do I need to have 2 full time employees for the last year of extension or will it be fine to have no employees at the time extension or in the last year.
As i have met some solicitors who advised that I must need to have 2 full time employees for the last year of extension. It's that true?

Read the guide. You need two create two positions each lasting 12 months. These positions can exist anytime in your extension period and do not need to exits in the last year or whatever. Do NOT hire such solicitors, READ THE GUIDE :!: :!:

HI Zimba,
No offense, I really support your reply and I wish that HO also think the way you think mate and I believe that you forgot the powerful tool which home office have which is called "Genuity" They can refuse the application on that basis, and I also support HO in that manner and to those solicitors who say we should have employees in last 12 months to prove you are genuine.

As it also makes no sense which people do they only want to fulfil their requirement hire employee for 12 months and then issue P45 which clearly shows they are just playing with the system and they are not running genuine business as its very suspicious for any CW that how come the business only hire employee for 12 months and then kick them out lol :)

Unfortunately some people make this visa tough and create problem for others as they play with the system and their intention is not real to run business and want the only visa :)

The problem is that everyone comes up with their own definition of genuineness. My answer was specifically about the solicitor's claims which were false regarding the job creation requirement. Genuineness is not relevant here

Thanks Zimba.
Cutegirl21 so you are not running genuine business as well because you are only keeping employees to show you are genuine and in fact you are not.
Also if a genuine business does not need any employee then nobody will decide that the business is not genuine if they don't require one.
Seems like you are not thinking like a business man and thinking to extend your visa only.
