new tier system for NRI after 1st April?

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen residing in New Zealand for past seven and half months.I am working on a work visa.

I would like to apply for HSMP.

As per the new guidelines,Tier system will be followed in India from 1st April.

Will it apply to me too?

My education is from India but I would claim points for my earnings in New Zealand.

Can you please clarify this?

After reading the guidelines for Tier-1, as far as i understand the Tier1 is applicable to all those who are applying from india and not all INDIANS.

so you can apply from old rules after april until the tier 1 introduced in nz.
