Part time job while switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2

Hi Everyone,

I have a concern and it would be great if someone could give me an advice. I have recently finished my study and applied for Tier 2 Work Visa. As I apply using the premium service, I think I will get the Tier 2 visa approximately 3 weeks before I start the full-time position (I apply within the UK). I read on the regulations of Tier 2 and it said that I only allow to work for my sponsor and if I have a second job, it will need to be in the same profession and less than 20 hours. But my part-time job is not in the same profession. So, I wonder during this 3 week period (before I start my new full-time job), am I allowed to continue working part-time, considering the restrictions on my new Tier 2 Visa?
