Tier 2 visa application Form

Hi,

Myself and my son are currently on Tier 2 general dependent visa on my spouse (Main applicant). I am now applying for Tier 2 general visa on my own and going to my home country for application.

My family is also travelling with me. My son and my wife will continue to be in their present visa.

While filing up the application form there is a question.

Q1) Are you travelling with anyone? - ?

Do you have any dependent children? - Yes
Q2) Travelling with You ?
Q3) Live with You ?
Q4) Address

Can you pls suggest should I answer Yes or No to the Q1,2. The reason being I don't want HO to get confused that they would be needing visa.

If I say Yes to Q3, then I have to provide my India address in Q4) else I have to put my UK address.

Can you pls help.
