Employee Requirement for Tier 1 200k

Dear Zimba and Seniors
I got Tier 1 ENT 200k Extension and i put my specified date when i entered uk was in may 2014 and i got my visa on 25 March 2014. Can i make my visa date 25 march as specified date when i apply for ILR?
With my MAY specified date i will apply for ILR in May 2019 and Transitional arrangement will not apply after 9 april in my case.
If I fall in after 9 April 2019 in that case i need to have 2 job for 1 year each, Can i change the employee between a job, lets say if one leave i hire new one in that Job or it has to be the same employee?

I have 2 companies can my 2 employees work 6 months in one commpany and 6 months in other company is that acceptable as i m no more under transitional arrangements. Would that count as 1 year 2 jobs please?

In one of my companies i have already 6 employee after extension worked full time for 5 months, Would that qualify my for ILR, incase no transitional arrangement?
