Extended family member residents card

Hello everyone first i would like to thank you for provide help please some1 can answers my few questions regarding eu extended family member residents card .
Recently my sister and nephew granted eu family permit for 6 months now i need to send for 5 years residents card i live here with my wife and 3 kids and claiming chb child tex cridet and housingbenefit in all this claim my sister and nephew not included i claimed everything on my name wil it
effect their application for resident card and which benefits is public resources fund ?
If i stop claim housing benefit it make any good impact on application.and which form should i use to apply can i apply online ?
