When can I apply for ILR and job creation

Hi dear members on the Board
I have few question about my ILR application
1=Extension applied on 6 June 2016
Extension approved on 28 October 2016
Can I apply for ILR on 6 of June 2018 as my five years will be completed .
2= I have 2 employees working full time since September 2015 and they are still with company working .
So do I have to claim their period of employment form June 2016 to June 2018 or from my extension approved 28 of October 2016to October 2018.

And I have to claim points for employment period 12months b4 applying for ILR

And how about the pay rate and hours . Do they want to see that on pay slip firm October 2016 till the date of Application or 11jan 2018 onwards pay slip should include that information.

There is no need to have pay rate and hours information in any payslip - nothing to do with 11 Jan 2018 changes.

Best way to put hour rate and total hours work, easy for the caseworker and after 11 Jan new rules mention this.

Yes that's what I came to know as well and what do you think what's the best way to put this information . On pay slips or make a separate note . How people will be mentioning it applying for ILR after 11 Jan 2018

The hourly rate MUST be included in the Job table in the application form.

There is no guideline as to where the total hours are to be mentioned - you are free to add that in a separate sheet or hand write an additional column in the Job Table and put the total hours in there
