ILR 180 day absence proof

Post by jokira247 » Mon Feb 12, 2018 12:25 pm

I am very confused about this 180-day absence requirement for ILR.

It is mentioned that absence should be in line of entitled work holidays so 28 days per year.

So am I allowed 180 days or just 28 days only? what if I took 3 more unpaid weeks in one of the years (so 43 days in total)?

Also, how can I prove this?

Do I need a letter from the company saying that I never left the country for more than 180 days in one year?

And if yes is it a single letter or one letter for every single journey I ever did?
