BRP availability time

Post by nizar1919 » Mon Feb 12, 2018 2:27 pm

HI,

My wife applied for for a Tier 2 partner visa (As I am tier 2 general visa holder). She got refused at the beginning and we submitted an administrative review January 09. We got a letter from the UKVI 02/02/2018 saying they accepted our administrative review and the decision is overturned and they asked her to submit her passport to visa application center with the letter to get the visa stamp on it. She submitted her passport in 04/02/2018.
I am going back to my country in 24/02/2018 and returning 04/03/2018 and hoping she will be with me in the same flight. My question is: Is the BRP will be ready by that day so collect it from the post office directly or we need to wait. because we have a plan to visit France in the next week and if the BRP is not ready so we will stay at home doing nothing and waiting for the BRP.

Do you know how long the BRP it take to be ready for collection from the day they put the stamp on your passport ? I know it is very imprecise but surely there is some statistics about this that can help.

Thanks,

Hi,
My wife just received a refusal of her Tier 2 Dep. visa due to the overlooking her previous dependent visa stamps in the passport. This is her second dependent visa and it was rejected on the basis of not providing enough evidence of subsisting marriage. We are planning to submit an AR. Will you please share your experience?
