A friend of mine wants to know: In taking exam, does my friend need to tell the incharge that he is taking the exam for british citizen or exam for PR are the same? He is for naturalization.

I assume you mean Life in the UK test, this is a pre requesit for ILR and Naturlisation and one and the same test.

It is the same exam but if you tell them correctly Home office will know what you are applying for as the details of the results can be accessed by the home office directly.

sorry, I mean is Life in UK test. So, my friend will mention to the person incharge on the exam that he is for naturalization.
