If you have a court order from before saying that you should have contact with your son why couldn't you see your son for 6 month and if your wife making difficult to see your son and the order saying so then it's not good for her.Chobaba wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2018 1:01 pmMy first visa was based on father of a British citizen, I have a court order which the home office has with then but because I haven't been in contact with my son for six months hence why he asked for additional documentation to prove I'm trying to see my son, only have an email and phone recordings I'm literally exhausted, hope your situation gets resolved
Have you made attempt to enforce the order within this 6 months. That would have proved that you have interest. Has CAFCASS been notified. Did you email her to notify her of actions you will take if she refuses to comply? The Home Office is correct that simply having a Court order does not entitle you to stay here, it needs to be shown you are playing an active role in the Child's upbringing, and you intend to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.Chobaba wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2018 1:01 pmMy first visa was based on father of a British citizen, I have a court order which the home office has with then but because I haven't been in contact with my son for six months hence why he asked for additional documentation to prove I'm trying to see my son, only have an email and phone recordings I'm literally exhausted, hope your situation gets resolved
