UK Tier 2_IELTS test details to be filled in VISA application

Hi All,
I'm applying for UK Tier 2 (General) VISA with a CoS received by my A-rated sponsor. Can anyone help me with providing the below details of IELTS test details are correct?
• Awarding Body – British Council Examinations Services
• Title of Qualification – IELTS for UKVI
• Level of Qualification – CERF Level-C1 (L-7.5,R-8.0,W-6.5,S-6.5)
• Date of Reference – 18.01.2018 (which is given to the left to TRF number at the bottom of the result sheet)
• Award reference number – Is this the UKVI number (given under the candidate detail section) or TRF number?

Thanks. Have you filled the VISA form with UKVI number and got your VISA? My question is, home office does not ask for hard copy of the IELTS test report. The officer will check the result through IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) Verification Service (https://ielts.ucles.org.uk/ielts-trf/). In that website the results can only be verified by providing TRF number only.
