Biometric Registration Signature

Hello everyone!
I just need some help for my friend he applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR after completing 5years 13th February 2018 today he realised that he forget to sign biometric registration declaration 10.21 page 70 of SET (o) form, what should he do now.
Shall he should sign this declaration page & send it to same address?
