Curtailment

Post by saihaan » Thu Feb 15, 2018 1:04 am

Hi
I have been working as a T2 sponsored migrant worker for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, I have received curtailment letter form the Home Office, because of my sponsor licence was expired. I have informed my employer and they have contacted HO and got licence back with new number. My employer gave me a HO letter where it says we have transferred the sponsored migrant from your previous expired licence and updated the migrant’s leave to remain to new licence.

Now, does it mean that my curtailment is void? will i receive any letter from the HO? Shall I contact HO? or do nothing!!
Any experienced advice will be appreciated.

Regards
