Hi All,
I had gone for my premium appointment today for the Tier 2 Visa as I am changing employers. Long story short, I need to pay £200 more of the health surcharge, as I miscalculated the dates of my employment and paid only £400.
While I was there, they said they have emailed me a link to make the remaining payment. I, however, did not receive any link. The insisted that they have tried sending it several times.
I know have 10 days to make the payment or my application will be rejected.
Since I paid as part of the Premium service booking, I can not log in to my old Health Surcharge portal.
I called the helplines and they say they can't to anything and I should write a letter to UKIV. Which might take too long :/
Anybody have advice for me?
