01/08/2016-Applicatikn refused
10/08/2016- Appeal lodge
Reason for refusal letter-My EEA Ex partner is not excersing treaty right which is not right cos he is self employed and he had an account but not earning enough to pay tax and NI....
Another appliaction made when i receive my Devorce letter While appeal hearing date still pending
12/03/2017-application sent
23/09/2017- cOa received and appliaction refused
Refusal letter state the same thing
Hearing Date-10/01/2018
Decision -still waiting 5th week now
My Question
Please do you think based on my Ex partner self employed details i can be refused about not earning enough to pay tax and National insurance contribution.
