UK NARIC : Confused whether to go for "UK visas or for settlement in the UK" or English Language Assessment

Dear all,

We are applying for settlement via for family (For my wife and I currently own IRL in UK). One of the document required is certificate from UK NARIC after they validate the bachelors degree certificate.

Now the confusion is : Whether to go for "UK visas or for settlement in the UK" or "English Language Assessment". Our requirement is UK NARIC should validate the degree certificates and confirm if that is sufficient enough for the English language level requirement.

We have got a letter from university as well "Letter for medium of instruction"

Could you please help? Because we are now getting a suggestion from solicitor to go for both English Language Assessment & Another service on UK NARIC "Statement of Comparability"

NL2UK, I am currently in the process of getting NARIC Certificate. There is a special service by UK NARIC - Visas and Nationality, it takes 10 days to issue the certificate (or you can use priority (24/48h priority service)
