28 days rule

Post by Katie_France » Sun Feb 18, 2018 3:06 pm

I am about to submit new application and was wondering about 28 days rule.

The last payslip of my husband was on 31/01/2018. I plan to pay for the application on 20/02/2018 as I am awaiting for the letter from U.K. NARIC.

I plan to go for appointment to submit my documents on 26/02/2018, which will be 27th day and UKVI will receive it on 28/02/2018 (28th day).

Is it better to wait for the new payslip or submit it as it is?

I am also wondering how many people submitted property inspection report?

I had similar query when i did my flrm extension last friday and my latest pay slip is dated 25/01.

My understanding is ..
28 days validity period should be counted backwards from date of applocation.

Its appointment date for premium service , date we post for postal application, online submission date for online application.

I didnt submit property inspection both for entry clearence and extension.

Thanks PariJ,

so does it mean for me 28 days before paying for the online application (I am applying outside UK)?

The date when you complete the application online, not the payement date
