Naturalisation. Please help

Post by bob10 » Sun Feb 18, 2018 6:48 pm

This is my story.
I have been in country for 12 years. I have never been illegal.
I have been married (BC) for almost 7 years.
I got my ILR last year June.
To cut the story short , me and my wife had an issue and have been living apart since January this year(2018), but we NOT Divorce.
Now i want to apply for Naturalization, but i am confused as to how to fill the form. My questions are
1. I am still eligible to apply now or have to wait for 12 months after the ILR?
2. Since we not divorce what do i put as My STATUS?
Please kindly help out.

At the moment we are separated but not divorce , she had her Passport with her which am sure she wont release to me.
My question again is do i need to wait for 12 months after my ILR which i got in June last year or i can apply now.
Thanks again
